About Christania Anthonny

As one of the Early Years educators at North Jakarta Intercultural School, I am dedicated to fostering the development and well-being of young learners from diverse backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and a certification in Child Protection Refresher for International Schools, enabling me to create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments. With over nine years of experience, I have developed expertise in teaching English and English as a Second Language (ESL), as well as a deep understanding of the cognitive, social, and emotional needs of young children. My work includes serving as a shadow teacher for a child with special needs, which reinforced my commitment to inclusive education and helped me provide tailored support to each student. In addition to my teaching role, I serve as the Head of the Staff Well-being Committee. I am passionate about advocating for the mental health of my colleagues and fostering a positive work culture. My role involves implementing wellness initiatives and creating a supportive environment where staff feel valued, empowered, and engaged. I believe that when educators feel supported, they are better equipped to inspire and nurture their students. My dual focus on early childhood education and staff well-being allows me to contribute to the overall mission of North Jakarta Intercultural School, ensuring that both students and teachers thrive in a dynamic and caring community.
