I graduated from a Top 10 nursing program with my bachelors in 11 months. I have worked at some of the most respected hospitals including University of Pennsylvania Hospital and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Evidence based practice and patient care are at the center of my focus. I strive for excellence in everything I do. It is important to me to stay up on research so I attend weekly forums through my American Nephrology Nurses Association membership. I am humbled to be a young dialysis trained charge nurse with great opportunity. I manage not only my own patients, but also am accustomed to rounding, and monitoring many clinical aspects. I recently took on the role of Facility Infection Control Manager and look forward to enhancing skills. When I am not running around the clinic, I am training for half-marathons and spending time with my 3 pups.
