About Christian Ames

My Professional Journey: Over 25 Years Dedicated to Sound, Creativity, and Teaching My career began in 1994 at Publicistas Asociados, where I worked as an audio supervisor. In this role, I coordinated and oversaw audio post-production for television and radio projects, while simultaneously beginning my training as a voiceover artist—a career I continue to pursue to this day. For three years, I served as an assistant producer, and later, I took on the role of head of the audio department for two years, solidifying my experience in project and team management. In I took a professional leap by joining Audiopost, a renowned audio studio. For eight years, I specialized in sound post-production and voice direction, working on countless projects that expanded my expertise in the field of creative audio. In 2008, I decided to venture out on my own and founded La Sound Facktory, my own sound studio. Here, I focused on sound design and post-production for advertising, and starting in 2015, I expanded my services to include film. This project allowed me to establish myself as a reference in the industry. Currently, I offer my services under my own name through where I combine my experience with a renewed approach tailored to the current demands of the market. Teaching: A Dream Come True One of my greatest achievements has been sharing my knowledge with the next generation. In 2023, I had the honor of being invited by UCAL University to join their faculty for the Diploma in Video, and by ISIL to teach a course on Dubbing and Voiceover. In 2024, Toulouse Lautrec School entrusted me with creating a course on Podcast Production, further solidifying my role as an educator. This journey has allowed me to grow not only as a professional but also as a mentor, contributing to the development of future talent in the sound and audiovisual production industry. Today, my focus is on continuing to innovate, adapting to new trends, and offering creative, high-quality sound solutions. Always ready for new challenges!
