About Christian Andersson

I am an experienced leader and change agent. My focus today is to lead technical teams and while doing this I am also looking for improvement possibilities. To do things smarter, more efficient, with better quality is part of my thinking and my mindset. It is difficult to just continue as is, when there are improvement possibilities ahead. I usually work in line manager roles, operative roles, leading team and team of teams or a role as coach and change agent. I am also a trainer and I really like to get together in a classroom for a couple of days and teach, discuss and reflect on lean and agile way of working and principles. The lean and agile mindset of mine, I bring into my daily work, wherever I go. The last years I have been working in Automotive industry, leading a team in defining, implementing and delivering customized products in a global context. It is fun and challenging working and navigating in a large eco-system of customers, suppliers and sub-suppliers developing state-of-the art products. Besides Automotive I have ben working in telecom, medical, public sector and IT.
