About Christian Baez

over 13 years of experience in inventory management and hospitality, I am a Hospitality Specialist at Yale University, where I provide support and oversight for the daily operations of the dining services. I work with a team of managers and staff to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of the food and beverage inventory, as well as the customer satisfaction and compliance with university policies and standards. I have a strong background in retail and operations management, having worked as an Inventory Control Manager at Town Fair Tire for almost 10 years, and as an Inventory Specialist at New Breed Logistics for three years. I have developed skills in inventory analysis, forecasting, purchasing, auditing, reporting, and problem-solving, as well as in customer service, communication, and leadership. I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment for the students, faculty, and visitors of Yale, and I strive to deliver excellence and innovation in the hospitality field.
