Reaching more of the many customers and increasing market share by maximising sales, profits and opportunities through selling products and services. I have been doing working in retail for the past 20 years - working, leading and developing smaller and bigger teams. Working cross-functional is the key to operate, improve and develop businesses in an store and digital environment.I'm leading the eCommerce business for IKEA from launch in 2018 to quadrupling the turnover to date. Part of my success, is to inspire the organisation to transform into an Omnichannel retailer by constant reviewing and listening to our customer feedback and expectation. Another integral part I enjoy is to lead the eCommerce team in the different areas like SEO, SEM, analytics, merchandising, digital innovation, digital marketing and website optimisations.Prior to my eCommerce and Customer experience role, I have been working in as Country Kitchen Sales Manager to create a customer journey from inspiration to purchase and customer support.
