Plant General Manager with over 20 years' experience in planning, managing and monitoring manufacturing processes for mechanical components. My entire career has been based on managing production programs on time, within budget and always according to customers' requirements (Ferrari F1, Mercedes, Red Bull, McLaren, Brembo, etc). I have been able to develop multiple skills in site planning and operations management as well as supply chain engineering, procurement and cost control for both employees and machines. In addition, I have learned how to manage investment opportunities by forecasting budgets related to machinery and software innovations. Recognized as a professional able to promote process improvement opportunities, I always try to reduce costs while maintaining on-time shipping and quality standards. Simply put, I am today a real executive manager point of contact between customers’ technical requirements, plant operations, suppliers and top management.
