My job is constantly changing with new challenges every day. New products, new distribution channels, new legislation, new customers, new technology, new skills, new colleagues, new cultures and new perspectives requires personal development over and over again. I joined Zwitserleven quite a few years ago. So it seems that I am employed for a long time at the same company. But on the contrary: Zwitserleven is a constantly evolving brand in a rapidly changing environment. Because of the various shareholders (Rentenannstalt, SNS Reaal, Dutch Government, Vivat, Anbang, Athora), numerous takeovers, integrations and separations with other companies the company Zwitserleven of 1997 cannot be compared with the brand it is today. Some examples of the wide variety of roles and projects are: Zwitserleven-delegee during 2nd round bidding-procedure, Consultant Digitalization in Vivat Goes Digital, Productowner Lifetime (Policy Administration System) or Lead Consultant Zwitserleven PPI. I believe that I can combine creativity and analytical skills with in-depth business knowledge and therefore can add value for a company which is hard to duplicate. I am passionate about (newer) methods like LeanStartup, Scrum Agile and Design Thinking and how I can use this methods in a my daily business. Off course combined with more traditional methods like Lean Six Sigma or COPAFIJTH. It's a matter of applying the best method for the best possible solution.My personal ambition is to broaden my perspective and transfer my experience and skills to other industries.
