My goal is to create a corporate culture that attracts the best talent and where teams can develop their full potential - through feedback, transparency and continuous development. My preferred tools include agile leadership and scrum to motivate teams, set clear goals and create reliable, resilient value. As a CPO, I know how important it is to transform product visions into real market solutions. Using the principles of Evidence-Based Management (EBM), I focus on fact-based decisions that make an impact.
