About Christian Hanson

I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I went to Concordia Saint Paul for my BA in Psychology and stayed to continue my education with an MA in Forensic Mental Health as well as my career as a Site Supervisor of an assisted living facility. In 2017, some life events happened and I realized that I needed to be closer to home as I continued to develop myself and how I wanted to contribute to the world. In the meantime, I needed to pay the bills so I worked in various positions as I taught myself many different business skills ranging from your typical works like Think and Grow Rich to new media like the $100 MBA podcast. All of this led me to understand that I have the ability and drive to become whoever I want to be. I want to be someone who can live independently while also being able to reach out a hand to help others. This discovery led to me getting my real estate license. The reasoning behind this is that as a Realtor, I can get to know and connect with people on a much different level while simultaneously assisting them in achieving their dreams, whether that's owning their own home, developing long-term wealth through real estate, or even just connecting them with other people I know through my life. Now, I work as the Market Center Tech Trainer (MCTT) for Keller Williams Legacy Group. This allows me to help other Realtors in my office learn to use the technology available to help them achieve their dreams. I strive to make every day one in which I can go to bed and know that I have worked toward making my world a better place.
