At SIMI, Christian has built up and developed the Behavior & Performance Analysis business unit in the sports and industrial sector. This included building up core customers and working with product development to create new USPs. As CEO of Cairos technologies AG, Christian built up and marketed tracking technologies & wearable technology solutions. Topics included autonomous driving, optimization of logistics processes, monitoring of objects and, in the sports sector, performance analysis of players and systems to support referees. For financing, he has acquired investors and carried out investor pitches. Christian led IMPIRE/deltatre AG through several M&A processes and repositioned the company as a leading IT and media service provider in the German market. In doing so, he carried out several change processes and realigned the business areas in terms of technology and content, as well as acquiring important core customers.
