I have been working on the Child and Adolescent Unit at Natchaug Hospital for 5 years now. I have been the Lead Primary Therapist for 3 of those years. This has provided me with a great deal of clinical, family, case management, and managerial experience. I have ART(Accelerated Resolution Therapy) Training, this is specialized training designed to help people lose traumatic images in one session. I currently assist in the training sessions. I have found this work to be extremely rewarding and I find it significantly accelerates the therapeutic process. I have Trauma Focused CBT training as well but I would repeatedly see patients return because the underlying issue of trauma was never fully resolved. I am starting to see clients individually on an outpatient basis. I currently can accept Husky insurance and I am working at getting registered with other insurances.
