Greetings! I'm Christian Pathuel, an HR professional with a diverse background across some of Denmark’s most prominent companies. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in recruitment, HR, and people development - working for one of the world’s leading energy companies, Denmark’s largest Apple Specialist retailer, and one of the country’s most prominent breweries with extensive international connections. Today, I am proud to be part of Vattenfall, where I have had the privilege of contributing first as a Senior Recruiter within Business Area Wind, and now also as an HR Business Partner for our Solar & Batteries unit. In these roles, I’ve supported leaders and teams across several countries, ensuring high-quality recruitment processes, strengthening inclusive leadership, and driving people initiatives that enable growth and sustainability in one of Europe’s most exciting renewable energy portfolios. My roots as a handball player have shaped my work ethic, emphasizing teamwork as a vital aspect of my approach. I strive to support colleagues, foster unity through initiatives, and encourage collective growth. By drawing on my natural people skills and customer service mindset, I aim to create positive experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. I am also an ICF-certified coach, which enhances my ability to guide and empower others, whether in their professional journey or personal growth.
