I have been employed with Ruegiltgroupe since 2012 and have been in many positions while working here but currently a Supply Chain specialist. • As a QS - DS Specialist, I assist in on-boarding vendors, assist in monitoring vendor compliance, performance, orders, estimated ship dates, etc…; • I work with Merchants, Vendors and Customer Service team; • Run daily reports to ensure vendors ship orders on time; • Manage day-to-day vendor issues; • Assist with ensuring vendors are up to date with payment; • Review and act on delayed orders, identifying and addressing root cause while collaborating with Customer Service as required; • Exhibit a strong customer focus and work in partnership with the Merchandising and Customer Service team, ensuring all Dropship vendors are within compliance of the company; • Coach vendors to improve performance and act as resource to communicate appropriate Dropship criteria; • Operates as a liaison between internal buying teams and external vendor partners regarding the execution and communication of drop ship style maintenances; • Partners with cross-functional teams (Buying, Product Services, Online Merchandising, Vendor) to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
