About Christian Steiger

Self-employed people rarely fail because of ideas. They fail because too much becomes visible too late.Time. Liquidity. Risks. Bottlenecks. Opportunities. And then, decisions are made under pressure. This is where the Lena Principle comes in.AI not as a feature, but as a Co-CEO. A partner that prepares, thinks ahead, makes options visible, and takes real work off your plate. Practical. Understandable. Effective. This means setting goals instead of managing to-do lists.Mandates instead of prompts. Why do I believe in this? Because I’ve been building products for the self-employed for more than 15 years. From early internet business models and startups to software now used by over companies.Today, I’m Managing Director at Lexware and Founder of Lexware Office. Our focus is simple: remove bureaucracy, automate routines, and make decisions easier. What drives me is simple as well. Self-employed people are progress. What they often lack is not courage. It’s time, clarity, and room to breathe. That’s what I work on. Technology that feels like a partner. And AI that makes entrepreneurship simpler, not more complicated.
