About Christian Tomsu
Main interests are modeling works with different but mainly DHI software products. 16 years modeling experience is related to groundwater flow and mass / heat transport problems as well as surface water flow and sediment transport. With the TU Munich I organized in 2015 an international workshop for geothermal energy in Munich. As project manager I manage modeling projects with up to 10 team members. Further knowledge covers programming skills in Python, VBA for different model software packages. Main focus of work is now modelling heavy rain induced flashfloods in urban areas. Coupled with a short term warning system, the impacts and danger for humans can be mitigated significantly.
