About Christian Torres

Being born and raised in Brooklyn, NY I always surrounded by amazing design and endless artistic inspiration. Growing up an illustrator it wasn't until I attended Kingsborough University that I was introduced to Graphic Design as a minor to my degree. I instantly fell in love with the idea of using my fine arts background to create art with a purpose. I soon transfered to S.U.N.Y New Paltz where I continued to study the craft and graduating with a B.F.A in Graphic Design. I currently live and work in New York City as lead designer at The Webby Awards. I love all facets of design and I always want to experiment in different mediums and areas of practice. I work mainly in branding, print & web design, UI/UX, and social media. I love experimenting with color, medium, and typography when able to and I always use my wide skill sets to figure out the best solutions for any problem presented.
