About Christian Vail

I’ve been fortunate throughout my career to be a part of organizations focused on helping people- both prioritizing the needs of our clients, and the wellbeing and success of our teammates. I believe that success in business is driven by passion and discipline- passion for helping others, and discipline in recognizing that small wins and everyday successes are what lead to big accomplishments. Through my time in Wealth Management, I have been able to demonstrate success both as a top performer in individual sales, and leading top performing sales teams across multiple geographies. I currently work in a strategic role, partnering with other sales leaders to drive initiatives across the country. I am fortunate to work with tremendous teammates in those efforts. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, running, and spending time around the house and with our four dogs. I believe there is great value in lifelong learning and enjoy spending time learning new subjects and skills. I look forward to connecting with you!
