As a REALTOR® I help people within in the greater San Diego with the home-buying and selling process. I also provide trainings and coaching for real estate professionals on how to optimize the *real estate between the ears* to move them past fears, boost confidence, and improve communication and presentation skills. I provide trainings in the areas of : 1. Sales, 2. Communication Skills 3. Presentation Skills and Public Speaking 3. Goal Setting and Achieving. Overcoming Fears and Phobias of Public Speaking As a former champion ballroom dancer, I share the competitive mindset of an athlete and how to apply it to waltz smoothly through the world of business and sales. The principles I share allow you to think quickly on your feet, and partner effortlessly with co-workers, prospects and clients. Eschewing the *woo-woo* work of simple positive thinking, but embracing the science of Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP), I share methodical and practical techniques that work. The book quickly became a #1 bestseller on Amazon. Born and raised in Austria, I moved to the U.S. in 1995 with 2 suitcases and few limited words of English in tow. I left the corporate world in 2002 to study the science of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and its applications in the areas of business and personal development. I am a certified Trainer of NLP and Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, and Clinical Hypnotherapy in the U.K. and U.S. My international background training and English not being my native tongue also allows me to easily highlight commonalities and work with non-native English speakers.
