A Snapshot of My Professional Journey: 15 years of experience in personnel management and event coordination. I earned my B.A. in Business Management from Niagara University, which laid a strong foundation for my career in organizational and event management. My professional journey began with the Walt Disney World College Program, where I received foundational training in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. I then worked at Juicy Couture and Coach, where I managed multiple store locations, developed business strategies, and led teams to achieve sales goals. Following that, I managed daily operations, patient relations, and team leadership at UPD Dental Associates, ensuring smooth and efficient practice operations. In 2004, I was introduced to the Theory of Constraints through the TOC Odyssey program, which ignited my passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Currently, I am an Event Manager at TOCICO, where I plan and execute events that align with our goals and provide exceptional experiences for participants. A Glimpse Into Who I Am: Proud resident of Buffalo, NY, where I enjoy the vibrant community and rich cultural heritage. A busy mom of three, who keeps me on my toes with basketball, football, baseball, skiing, soccer, and dancing. Passionate about learning and applying the Theory of Constraints to real-world challenges, and excited to bring that passion to the TOCICO community.
