About Christie Smith
I entered the insurance industry by happenstance after a career change in 2012, and am very fortunate to have found OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan). I was initially hired as a Customer Service Representative, but over the years I have held a few different titles, including Broker Accounts Representative, Reconciliation Specialist, and my current positions, Implementation Specialist. I obtained my RIBO licence in 2014, completed my CIP designation in 2021, and obtained my Lean Green Certification in 2022. In 2022, I joined the board of the Greater Ontario Chapter of the Applied Client Network, I am learning so much as an officer, and am so lucky to be working with an amazing group of people!
