I ‘m Christiene Everaars. I like to see myself as a change maker. What it comes down to is that I want to leave a better world behind for future generations. I work as a manager or strategist operating on a tactical strategic level. I focus on the transitions of our time. In my work I(co)-create an idea, design the steps that need to be taken and put them into place. For the past 20 years I have worked in a continuously changing environment. If you want your change to be successful, it is important to set a clear goal, be honest in your communication and guide people in your change. People don’t usually like change, but if they know why they need to and know what is in it for them, they are very likely to acknowledge and accept the changes. We live in an interesting and turbulent time in which we can really make a difference. Time for out of the box thinking, teamwork and doing what you are good and passionate about.
