I am Marketing professional by education and lived and breathed Marketing for many years. Business development, management and people leadership have taken over more and more over the years. And here, I am a true believer if you develop your people and give them freedom to act, you will get the best out for them and the company. Coaching, mentoring, people engagement and change management are core of my attention! I am passionate about Diversity & Equity & Inclusion. It makes our company more successful, our team work richer and simply is more fun to work in. It also makes our society and our lives richer. And each of us have a responsibility here. Outside of 3M, I serve as mentor and coach for young adults coming from socially challenged or migration backgrounds.
