Passionate middle school teacher with twelve years of teaching experience seeking an administrative position such as: Principal Assistant Principal Dean of Student Instructional Leader Leadership Philosophy ​ As an instructional leader on my campus my job is to guide the staff in identifying areas of needed change and support the creation of both short term and long term goals with high expectations for the staff and students. The common goal of the campus will be created through the discussion of our common belief system. When making tough choices, the only factor I will consider is what is best for the student. I will work to support these efforts in the classroom by providing the necessary resources to reach these common goals. I will share leadership responsibilities based on each team member’s strengths and encourage the staff to be the best they can be for our students. I will create strong relationships with the staff, listen to their concerns, and model best practices both in the classroom and as a professional.
