About Christina Oconnell

Christina started her career in corporate finance after graduating from The George Washington University with a Finance degree. She obtained her CPA designation and worked for PriceWaterhouse in DC and then as the International Internal Audit Manager for a multi-billion dollar multi-national public company. She was recruited in 1997 by Smith Barney to advise its private wealth clients and joined UBS in 2007. In 2018 Christina joined Polaris Financial Strategies Group as a Principal. As an AIF, CRPS, Christina consults to various types of investment fiduciaries. As a CPA/PFS and CFP®, Christina helps clients build a solid financial foundation to achieve their current and future goals.
