Throughout my career, I have learned the importance of collaboration and leading by example. To me, a great leader is a servant leader, someone that strives to inspire but isn’t afraid to perspire in the process. Achieving goals rarely happens overnight, but only through determination and perseverance, and sometimes taking a “no” as “not yet.” Over the last few COVID years, I've been able to learn from life's hard moments. It's in our fears and our challenges we get to see who we are, how strong we are, and whom we want to be. Trials are opportunities for joy because when our faith is tested our endurance has a chance to grow. Endurance produces character and character produces hope. The 'what if' questions in life don't get carry the same weight anymore. I know I've been given a spirit of power, love, and sound judgment. That spirit helps me conquer 'what if' with 'even if.' Even if I'm afraid, I know I can, because I have hope and I will not be defined by my fears, but by my faith. I hope to encourage you, challenge you and help you turn your what-ifs into even if.
