Christina has worked in the employee benefits field for more than 20 years and currently serves as a Solutions Analyst on the Spending Accounts team with MMA. Christina implements new clients, develops solutions for ongoing challenges and resolves escalated issues. Internally, she develops and maintains best practice processes and procedures for Spending Account administration. She is fluent in all areas of Consumer Driven Health Plans including Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Lifestyle Spending Accounts and Commuter Accounts administration as well as an expert in WEX Spending Account administrative system software. Formerly holding several positions within the Spending Accounts Team including Supervisor, Senior Client Service Representative, Senior Claims Processor and Technical Analyst, she is proficient in internal account administration, maintaining client relationships and troubleshooting and developing processes to resolve challenges within the department.
