About Christina Uney

I am an accomplished and dedicated International Early Years Educator with over a decade of teaching experience across diverse learning contexts in Vietnam. Throughout my career, I have worked predominantly in play-based, child-led settings (primarily Reggio Emilia-inspired) and have developed an aptitude for fostering exciting project-based learning experiences and building positive relationships with children. Adopting a holistic approach to children’s learning, where socio-emotional, cognitive and physical development are interconnected is key for me in fostering a nurturing environment that embraces inclusion, collaboration and compassion, encourages a sense of belonging and instils confidence. It is a genuine pleasure and privilege to work alongside children as they embark on multi-disciplinary explorations of their interests, while actively involving families and joyfully celebrating their co-created learning endeavours.
