Extensive clinical training by nationally recognized dermatologists and dermatologic surgeons specializing in medical and surgical dermatology care. Principal role in creating a new PA program to promote health equity in underserved areas by educating a diverse and inclusive PA cohort with several promotions to Director of Didactic Education for the largest inaugural PA cohort in the nation-8 years: Medical and Surgical dermatology practice involving a wide scope of patient populations including private practice and years of experience in an academic and research hospital dermatology department -3 years: Physician Associate Education focused on using the latest pedagogical research to increase diversity and build healthy communities through improved healthcare Team builder, creative thinker, self-starter, and experienced leader with a proven record of growth, advancement, performance, and success. Adept at leveraging data, research, and proven business acumen blended with scientific research to positively impact the medical landscape and patient experience.
