About Christine A. Yip

I have over 15 years of experience driving organizational and community change, holding management positions at both Accenture and KPMG's people, change & organizational development consulting practices and applied policy analysis & research positions at local and international public policy think tanks, including the Mowat Centre in Toronto and the Centre for Analysis of Social Exclusion (CASE) in London England. My clients ranged from grassroots not for profits and international NGOs to Fortune 500 companies. Between 2018 and 2022, I launched and ran my own boutique consultancy partnering with over 30 organizations locally, nationally and globally. Myself and a team of 10+ skilled contractors that I recruited and managed, led efforts across our clients to increase strategic alignment, management competency and workplace well-being outcomes. In addition, I have sat on the board of 2 large not for profits in the Toronto area: West Neighbourhood House and the Daily Bread Food Bank. During my 8 year tenure with the DBFB I contributed to critical strategic, operational and financial decisions that oversaw significant growth in annual revenue and community impact. During my time on the board I held the following leadership positions: Chair Public Affairs Committee, Chair Governance & Nominations Committee, and Secretary of the Board. I am currently leading the Ontario Government's Behavioural Insights Unit - a team of senior policy advisors and behavioural scientists who work across government to apply behavioural insights to improve program, policy and service outcomes.
