I’m a manufacturing and operations leader with 20+ years of experience at PermaGreen Supreme Inc, where I advanced from Shipping & Receiving Clerk to Assistant Plant Manager. I’ve worn nearly every hat on the floor — from inventory control and purchasing to production planning, vendor negotiations, and full facility oversight. In my current role, I manage all daily manufacturing and production activities, including inventory management, purchasing, maintenance scheduling, OSHA compliance, and cross-functional support for customer service and sales. My focus is on process improvement, cost reduction, and team development — with measurable results like reducing waste by 25%, cutting backorders by 85%, and optimizing staffing through ERP- and Excel-based analysis.
