Originally from Australia, I relocated to Hong Kong in 2008. Throughout my career, in the Education Sector, I have had the privilege of holding leadership positions in both private and international schools across Australia and Hong Kong.Driven by a passion to support and empower individuals, both personally and professionally, I decided to pursue a further career in Coaching. I wanted to be able to make a difference to peoples live and have found it so incredibly rewarding! I founded Pearl Coaching in 2018, firmly believing that each of us holds a unique pearl within, regardless of our backgrounds or life choices, waiting to be discovered. My mission is to help you uncover your distinctive strengths and qualities, guiding you to shine and achieve your true potential.Since 2018, I have combined my extensive experience in education with coaching, guiding individuals on a global scale.I have been described by clients as being: ‘positive, empathetic, supportive, insightful and highly professional, with an approach that inspires people to reach their goals and potential, both personally and professionally’.
