Also most notable was her skillful negotiation of the sale lease-back of the SF bank-owned commercial building at 1511 Third Ave and the sale of the Retail Condo at 212 Fifth Avenue, which encompassed the entire block front which sold for Christine is the Exclusive Agent for the leasing at 78 Fifth Avenue and 210 Fifth Avenue which are both Commercial Loft Buildings.
