I specialise in employment law, advising on contentious, transactional and advisory matters both domestically and in a cross-border context. I also advise on employment-related data protection issues. I have advised on numerous claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court including high value whistleblowing and discrimination claims and seeking injunctive relief. A particular area of focus is on team moves, misuse of confidential information and enforcement of restrictive covenants cases. I also advise on employment-related data protection issues in the context of litigation, as well as subject access requests, monitoring of employment emails, pre-employment checks and data protection considerations in internal investigations. I have considerable experience advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcings as well as the full array of advisory matters including senior executive hires and departures.
