Working closely with leadership and teams across departments, I led the technical execution for migrating Microsoft Cloud services including Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 along with the ICE Encompass platform, ensuring business continuity and compliance in a regulated mortgage environment. I also designed and implemented our Service Desk environment, providing a central and responsive channel for Help Desk support that improved resolution times and the overall user experience.With experience in mortgage technology, Encompass administration, large-scale system migrations, Microsoft Cloud administration, Service Desk implementation, and cybersecurity, I focus on delivering results that align with strategic goals while upholding the highest standards for security and compliance.
