About Christoph Waldstein

Welcome to my profile. I'm Christoph, a single father who successfully juggles my personal and professional life (with all the guilt and imposter syndrome at the same time). But that makes me authentic.Microsoft encourages employees to explore their interests and chart their own course, which led me back to sales. My strong empathy for people enables me to help others achieve more. I have a passion for culture, diversity and inclusion and I want to inspire others to live their best version. The challenges of parenthood have honed my leadership skills, such as patience, empathy, and resilience. These qualities are invaluable in my role as a Senior Client Director at Microsoft, where I lead with a focus on collaboration, performance, and customer obsession. Our mission at Microsoft is to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.I'm honored to be a Microsoft Americas Gold Club Award winner, I am recognized for my significant impact on business results through a growth mindset, transformative deals, customer and partner obsession. With over 17+ years of experience in digital advertising, I consistently exceed revenue goals and client expectations. My deep industry knowledge and international expertise drive business value.
