My studies in Business Administration and MBA experience (Rotterdam) opened the way to multinational business environments. After several experiences in Marketing & Sales (Marketing Research, Product management, sales rep), I chose to move into a Financial career as this would offer the most diversified work assignments. And effectively, I have been exposed to a variety of projects and changing situations in environments and companies known for their fast technological pace, their strict policy and procedure frames and their on-the-edge management methods. Although I feel experienced, this is only a small part of reality and the world is huge. New challenges appear every day, companies are facing increasing pressure and need to respond always faster and better. With no doubt, the biggest challenge will be to build a society of sustainable development, combining economical welfare with social and environmental balance. As a standalone, I aim to create real value for my customers and turn change into chance. I like to learn and adapt to new situations, but moreover, I feel accomplishment in providing pragmatical and sustainable solutions that proove better operational excellence or improved decision making.
