Background

About Christophe Delis

My skills in project management have been developed in five companies : a multinational, three small caps and as well as independent. I enjoy bringing people together around a project, working in a team, encouraging the exchange and confrontation of ideas; thereby leading to the solution to achieve our common goal. A project is a team challenge finally crowned with pride when performing critical stages of a project, from obtaining the order until provisional acceptance. The satisfaction is even greater when the margin target is at least improved. My experience is done mainly on exportation projects. I enjoy to work with other cultures (Africa, Asia), to travel to meet with clients, sub contractors and local partners. I think my qualities are primarily : • Technical curiosity and desire to learn, • Technical rigor but organizational flexibility, • Autonomy and independence, • Team spirit: listening, responsibilization, empathy, • Motivation and determination. My technical knowledge is general with more advanced technical knowledge in electrical field as high, medium, low and very low voltage. I also have good knowledge in civil engineering and mechanics: pipe, metal sheets, metal structures, hydraulics and HVAC. I am trained and experienced in project management techniques. I can also provide upstream vision of project management: I am able to achieve tender management (currently up to € 55 million).
