Partner in the Alternative Funds Industry, I am advising US and Pan-European Private Equity, RE and HF houses in various areas such as tax and regulatory (EU and LUXEMBOURG). More particularly, I am assisting AIFs in their tax governance in order to comply with new international tax standards (BEPS, TP, ATAD, substance).
