Recent work includes an EEG cognitive-state classifier that informed product decisions and a PowerApps and Power BI utilization tracker that saved about 1,500 hours per year and winning Aon’s 2025 Innovation Challenge for data-driven process improvements.Academic → Industry:• Built & validated EEG–fMRI pipelines (Python/MATLAB).• In industry, I design automation and decision tools that managers and product teams actually use.Stack & methods: Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), SQL, Power BI/DAX, ETL/Power Query, data modeling (star schema), experiment design, cross-validation, precision/recall/F1, ROC AUC.II care about rigorous methods, clear KPIs, and measurable outcomes, especially in health and operations.Location Strategy: Remote-first across Europe (from my base in Poland). I'm also fully open to relocating to Switzerland, Luxembourg, or Portugal for the right on-site, hybrid, or in-country remote role.Roles: Data Scientist · Senior Data Analyst/BI · Research Scientist (applied).Portfolio: see the two 1-page case studies in Featured.
