Christophe has over 12 years of experience and is a project & programme development and planning practitioner. His experience spans a wide range of industries including Utilities, Major Social & Economic Infrastructure, Defence, ICT and Building & Construction projects and programmes. Christophe's experience also extends to core project management expertise including planning & scheduling, project controls, PMO and portfolio, program and project management (P3M). He has completed a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development, majoring in Urban Development and Sustainability. Christophe has a sophisticated understanding of project development, benefits and earned value, risk management & assurance PMO's, governance, planning/scheduling processes and project controls. This wide range of experience gives Christophe an ability to bring deep understanding of project delivery back into the project planning and development phase. He has worked on major projects ranging in value up to $2b. Christophe has exceptional stakeholder management and project & programme management skills and is adept at liaising with stakeholders to identify requirements, develop project scope that meets these needs and achieve project outcomes.
