With over 30 years of experience in the defense and ammunition industry, I am a strategic leader and innovator who propels business growth and creates value for my organization, my team, and my customers. As a Senior Director at SAMI, I am enabling the company to achieve its vision and become the regional leader in this field and contribute to the Kingdom's defense industrial base. I lead and manage complex and strategic projects that involve modernization, expansion, and acquisition of production capabilities and facilities, as well as product development and innovation. I excel at developing and executing long-term business plans, securing funding and contracts, managing budgets and P&L, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. I also establish and nurture collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including end-users, partners, suppliers, and regulators. I am passionate about learning and growing professionally, and I hold an MBA, a Master in Management, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as certifications in leadership, business development, and health and safety prevention.
