About Christopher A. Wilson

As a young adult and graduate of Philadelphia Wireless, it was only appropriate that Chris Wilson enter the workplace as an HVAC Service Technician. With a passion for the trade and the drive to be the best, Mr. Wilson not only worked in the field but continued to study all aspects of HVAC. From repair techniques, to theory, to design and engineering, there were no aspects left unstudied. The effort and emphasis placed on learning led to a technical foundation second to none. It was this very foundation that provided the confidence to start a business while just in his early 20’s. While running and operating a small business brought new challenges, Mr. Wilson remained a technical leader in an industry where skillful technicians were few and far between. The technical expertise coupled with drive and integrity enabled the business to grow and prosper beyond the expectations of this still young businessman. The continued growth and success of the business led to Mr. Wilson receiving the US Small Business Administration’s “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award. Then in 2004 a business decision was made that would change this man forever. The decision was a bad one and would ultimately force the closure of the business. At the time, the decision would seem to be devastating but Mr. Wilson bounced back with a new passion and drive to be an industry leading businessman and professional. This period started the transition from a technical expert to a Leader with a whole new focus. Strategic and tactical planning, motivational leadership, financial management, LEAN Principles, Operational Excellence, Key Indicators, Performance Metrics, and sound fundamental business principles and practices became the new foundation for how Mr. Wilson would operate in the marketplace. The experiences, both up and down, have created a Dynamic Individual who brings positive energy and results to the industry as well as to other professionals seeking guidance or assistance.
