Experienced operations professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Skilled in Operations Management, Statistical Data Analysis, Retail Strategy, Project Management, Leadership, Team Management, Sales, Account Management and Supplier Oversight. I have lived in Quebec, Canada since 2013, however spent the majority of my life in Lexington, Kentucky where I was born and raised. After marrying my extraordinarily smart and beautiful Quebecoise wife, the two of us decided to move to her home province and begin the journey that has now graciously provided me with two amazing children and a very successful professional career. I have the benefit of being a citizen of both the United States as well as Canada, which grants me the opportunity to engage with numerous cultures and lifestyles. Quebec has also gifted me the opportunity to develop a second language which has opened the door to conversations and relationships I had never before imagined possible. Professionally, I thrive in dynamic environments and try to view change as a tool as opposed to an anchor. I welcome new challenges, enjoy team engagement, fostering a solution-driven mentality and appreciate the change of pace of intermittent work related travel. Leadership has become a passion in recent years, learning how to lead by example, maximize the strengths within a team, earning respect and loyalty. Having profited from a couple of great leaders early on in my career inspired me to train and improve my leadership tactics to hopefully one day inspire others in a similar manner.
