I engineer and manage solutions for Exchange 2010, Symantec Backup Exec2012, Active Directory 2008R2, File System Auditing, Barracuda Spam Firewalls, vSphere 4.1, Microsoft servers from 2K3 to 2K8R2, Cisco switching/routing/VoIP/ASA, HP LeftHand SAN’s, maintain HP SIM with Advanced remote support, delved into the world of telephony as a controller, craft PowerShell scripts for Exchange, and vSphere and dabble with the Linux OS’s when they don't behave properly. I encourage success in those I work with and work for. I have an inclination to lead small groups and am often found to be a candidate for greater responsibilities. I have a compulsion to be involved and invested in the success of my company. I have grown up around the Information Technology world when my parents’ opened up a Software retail store in 1985. That store turned into a PC repair shop and Small Business Systems Solutions implementer. In 1998 I began my IT career path in earnest and have been happily employed ever since in the forms of computer maintenance, project management, Network controller, Systems administration, and Infrastructure engineer.
