In addition to directing high-performance day-to-day operations, I have directed process, systems and training improvements that achieved record levels of productivity, throughput, safety and quality and large-scale brewery plants and at AB InBev’s Longhorn Glass division. In a senior multisite human resource executive role, I developed and directed staff development, rightsizing, employee engagement and other HR programs.
