About Christopher Anderson

I completed the Farleigh Dickinson University Master’s Degree Program in Administrative Science in 2021 and the Rutgers University Online Teaching Certificate program in 2022 for the purpose of becoming an adjunct professor. In 2021, I was promoted to Captain of the Toms River Police Department Detective Bureau with over 29 years of law enforcement experience. In 2019, I graduated from the prestigious Northwestern University Center for Public Safety School of Police Staff and Command. My knowledge, management style, and inclusive team building approach to leadership & education will create a positive experience for online & hybrid students. I am eager to further my career in the criminal justice and public administration domain as an adjunct instructor and facilitator of curriculum. The various roles during my career with diverse responsibilities will help complement the interests and educational goals of our students. I have a personal vision statement of applying my capacities through distance learning with students as we have a collective obligation to effectively train the younger generation who will replace us one day.
