As a Customer Delivery Manager handling video and broadband, Telco operations, I lead the Envision Hybrid Media Cloud Service IPTV/OTT/CDN/Digital Entertainment and ONE VAS Services (SMSC/MMSC) pre-sales solution activities for Etisalat UAE Video & Core Network domain account, one of the largest telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa. I have over 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications & video industry, specializing in media platform solutions such as IPTV, OTT, Multi Screen,Multi-Tenant,Streaming Media, Content Distribution Networks, Multi-DRM with (JITX), Encoding,Content Security,Piracy disruption, Content Management Systems(CMS), Targeted Advertising, F.A.S.T and AVOD.Lead the strategic discussion on Video Services executives and the C-Suite at customer organisations.Developed custom architecture and Framework for Video Service providers.Developed sales pipeline for customer, through engagements with telcos in UAE. I have a strong background in solution architecture and design, having worked on multiple projects involving RFP and BRD analysis, technical documents preparation, and post-sales support. I have also deployed and integrated various VAS services and network devices for BSNL, the largest public telecom provider in India. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Systems Engineering from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Karunya University.My mission is to drive digital transformation and innovation for Huawei and its clients, leveraging my expertise in media platform technologies and my skills in pre-sales, BSS, UMTS, GPRS, and IP.
