A versatile and result-oriented Geoscientist and Geomodeller (COMEG Certified) with over fifteen (15+) years of hands-on experience in geoscience cross-discipline (Seismic interpretation, Attribute/DHI analysis and prospect evaluation, Sequence Stratigraphic analysis, Sedimentological Core description and Ichnological studies, Reservoir Characterization and reconstruction of Environment of deposition, Regional Basin Analysis, Integrated Reservoir (Static) modelling, Risk Analysis and Assessment, Field development Plan and Project Management, Drilling Operations, technical due diligence, HSSE); with proven ability to diligently head, manage and successfully execute subsurface projects according to plan and budget, in line with business objectives and within agreed deadlines. Highly experienced in the petroleum system studies - exploration, development and production of oil and gas across the depobelts of the Niger Delta Province, Anambra Basin and Benue Trough with corresponding studies of analogue from the North Sea, Angola Basin, Gulf of Mexico as well as and Geoscience training and mentorship of junior geoscientists and young professionals. He is skilled in the use of various geoscience software like Petrel, ArcGIS, Interactive Petrophysics, WellCAD/CoreCAD, etc. In addition to the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists(NAPE) where he was the Editor-in-Chief for four consecutive years, in-charge of all technical publications of research works/ projects from oil and gas companies and research institutions as well as the Co-ordinator of Technical Programmes/Sessions in NAPE Annual International Conference and Exhibition, he is an active member of other prominent professional bodies viz- NMGS, AAPG, SEG, NIM, etc. He has been the Co-ordinator, NAPE Pre-Conference Short Courses and Summer School, Co-ordinator, NAPE-AAPG AR-Basin Evaluation Competition 2017, Industry Mentor (VIM) AAPG Imperial Barrel Award till date. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC-CMC). He is notable for geoscience research with publications in reputable local and international Journals. He was the winner of the prestigious Geoscience Research International Award “2019 American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) Gabriel Dengo Memorial Award for Best International Paper” in San Antonio, Texas, USA - the first African researcher to win this award after 25-years.
