started apprenticeship when I was 15 with metroline and have continued to exceed in my career. I have been on several courses which includes, ADL course, BYD course, fire Marshall course, etc my day to day routines vary from inspecting the buses, to repairing them, or being on the shift dealing with breakdowns as quick and efficiently as possible. I have been covering the managers role on weekends and sometimes during the week for the past 4+ years, gaining experience on how the day to day operations work, maintaing a fleet of 300 hundred buses across 2 depots. my aim is to step away from the hands on mechanical side of thing and step into a more permanent mangers role.
